Our Return Policy
At The Vintage Kashmir, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee in form of store credit if you are not satisfied with your shopping. Please be sure to review our eligibility criteria before initiating your return. Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Eligibility Criteria
- We accept returns/exchanges for items within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A return fee of INR 100 will be charged.
- Free gifts, Gift Cards and items with 'Final Sale' tag are not returnable.
- Internationally shipped items are not returnable.
